Liability Waiver and Release
At the beginning of class, you will be asked to complete a liability waiver. Parents or legal guardians of minors are required to fill out a separate waiver.

Safety
When you sign up for a class at the High Desert Observatory you are agreeing to participate in an active and exploratory experience. We spend time outdoors, get messy, and work with a wide range of materials. It is important that all class participants follow the recommended safety protocol stated by instructors.

Property Damage
The High Desert Observatory reserves the right to refuse service, to charge student for damaged studio property, and is not responsible for students' lost or damaged property.
